• Done-For-You Service: Job descriptions, career goals, and documents you share with our expert writers.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, and session duration.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.

Resume Data Handling

Your resume data is among the most sensitive personal information we handle. We treat it with the highest level of care:

• Resume content is stored in encrypted databases and is only accessible to you and, for Done-For-You services, to authorized expert writers under confidentiality agreements.
• We use your resume data only to provide the resume building, ATS analysis, and optimization services you requested.
• We do not use your resume content to train public AI models or share it with advertisers.
• AI processing of your resume content occurs in secure, isolated environments.
• You may delete your resume data at any time from your account dashboard. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor.

• When you purchase a subscription or the Done-For-You service, your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form.
• We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
• Stripe returns a secure token representing your payment method, which we store for recurring billing purposes.
• Your billing name, email, and billing address may be collected to generate invoices and comply with financial regulations.
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DF Booking ("Company"), the operator of DF Resume AI at resume.dfbooking.com. By accessing or using DF Resume AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

User Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years of age. Users between 16–18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws of your country or region.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
• You may not create an account if you have been previously banned or suspended from our platform.

Account Creation

• Provide a valid email address and accurate registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@dfbooking.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without authorization.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse free plan limits is prohibited.

Subscription Billing

Subscription Plans

• Starter (Free): No charge. Access to 1 resume and basic features.
• Pro ($9/month): Monthly recurring billing. Unlimited resumes, ATS checker, AI builder.
• Premium ($19/month): Monthly recurring billing. All Pro features plus cover letters, LinkedIn optimizer, job tracker.
• Yearly All-Access ($99/year): Annual billing. All Premium features plus priority support and early feature access.
• Done-For-You ($50 one-time): Single payment for expert resume writing service.

Billing Cycle

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of your first payment.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your first payment.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
• You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free Starter plan.

Stripe Payments

All payments on DF Resume AI are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Payment card information is submitted directly to Stripe via secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• By providing payment details and confirming your purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis (for subscriptions) or as a one-time charge (for Done-For-You service).
• If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended.

Acceptable Service Usage

By using DF Resume AI, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Creating false or fraudulent resumes intended to deceive employers.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform without written permission.
• Using automated bots or scripts to access our service without written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to our service or AI-generated content commercially without authorization.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our support staff or other users.
• Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent service limitations.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all personal information and original content you provide to create your resumes. By using our service, you grant DF Resume AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

Our Platform

DF Resume AI, including its software, AI algorithms, templates, design, branding, and all associated content, is owned by DF Booking and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools based on your input is provided to you for your personal use in your job search. You may use AI-generated resume content freely. We do not claim ownership over resume content created through our AI based on your input.

Done-For-You Service

Resumes created by our expert writers as part of the Done-For-You service are delivered to you upon payment. Full ownership transfers to you upon delivery and receipt of payment.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the account settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, for: violation of these Terms of Service; providing false information during registration; fraudulent payment activity or initiating chargebacks without contacting us first; or any activity that threatens the security or integrity of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

• DF Resume AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed job placement.
• We do not guarantee that using our service will result in employment or interviews. Resume effectiveness depends on many factors beyond our control.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before submitting resumes to employers.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device. They are uniquely assigned to your browser and can only be read by the web server that issued the cookie to you.

• Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Stripe Cookies

When you make a purchase on DF Resume AI, Stripe — our payment processor — sets cookies on your device for fraud detection and payment security:

• __stripe_mid: A Stripe cookie used for fraud detection. Expires in 1 year.
• __stripe_sid: A Stripe session identifier for payment security. Expires in 30 minutes.
• m: Stripe's device fingerprinting cookie for fraud prevention. Expires in 2 years.

These cookies are set and managed by Stripe, Inc. and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. They cannot be disabled when you are making a payment, as they are essential for transaction security.

Refund Summary

All payments on DF Resume AI are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

Subscription Plans — Non-Refundable After Billing

• When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are billed immediately for the full billing period (monthly or annual).
• You have access to all paid features for the full duration of the billing period, regardless of whether you continue using the service.
• Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Annual plans ($99/year) are billed in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable after the payment is processed. We strongly recommend trying a monthly plan before committing to an annual subscription.

Cancel Anytime

• Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• After your billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free Starter plan.
• Your resume data, account information, and saved templates are preserved when you downgrade to the free plan.
• You are not charged again after cancellation. You may re-subscribe at any time.

How to Cancel

• Log in to your DF Resume AI account.
• Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
• Confirm cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.
• If you have any issues cancelling, email support@dfbooking.com and we will assist you immediately.

Done-For-You Service ($50) — 24-Hour Refund Window

• You may request a full refund of the $50 fee within 24 hours of completing your booking at dfbooking.com/appointments/.
• The refund is only applicable if our expert team has not yet begun work on your resume.
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@dfbooking.com with your booking reference number.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

One Free Revision Included

You are entitled to one free revision within 7 days of receiving your completed resume. Revision requests must be submitted to support@dfbooking.com with specific feedback.

No Refund After Delivery

• Done-For-You service fee after resume delivery, unless there is a verifiable technical failure on our part.
• Subscription fees after the billing date has passed, regardless of usage.
• Requests made after the 24-hour window for Done-For-You service, even if work has not started.
• Situations where the user provided incorrect or misleading information.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Contact Support for Disputes

To submit a refund request, email us with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"

• Include: your full name, registered email address, type of purchase, date of charge, amount charged, and reason for the refund request.
• For Done-For-You refunds, include your booking reference number from dfbooking.com/appointments/.
• Our support team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3–5 business days.
