Refund Policy

At DFBooking, we are committed to delivering professional services. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy applies:

1. Service-Based Payments

All payments are made for:

– Time
– Expertise
– Consultation
– Application support

These are non-tangible, service-based products

2. No Guarantee Clause

Payments do not guarantee:

– Employment
– Visa approval
– Job placement

Therefore, lack of results does not qualify for a refund

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated:

– CV reviews or optimization
– Consultation sessions
– Application processing
– Profile evaluations

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be issued if:

– Service was not delivered at all
– Duplicate payment was made
– Technical error resulted in overcharge

5. Client Responsibility

No refunds will be issued if:

– You provide incorrect information
– You fail to submit required documents
– You abandon the process midway

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will be treated as a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to:

– Provide evidence to payment processors
– Suspend future services

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
